In this article, We have demonstrated the Negative capacitance in PeLEDs for the first time, that depends on morphology. Hope it will show a new way to rethink device physics.

In this work, we have investigated the origin of voltage loss and charge trapping in surfactant-stabilized nanoparticle-based devices.
In this chapter, some of the major pathways and mechanism related to the ion migration is discussed. The presence of ionic defects/vacancies is responsible for ion migration. However, the activation energy barrier for the migration of ions/vacancies depends on multiple factors, such as nature of ions, crystal structure and migration pathways.
