About Myself |
Myself is a faculty member of the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, IIT Roorkee since 2012. I started my career as a BE in Mechanical Engineering (2002) from GIET, Gunupur, Orissa. I obtained my Ph.D Degree (2009) from IIT, Kharagpur. After finishing my Ph.D, I joined to Gyeongsang National University, South Korea for pursuing my Post-Doc research. Prior to joining IIT Roorkee, I started my journey at NIT Agartala as a faculty member and served there during 2011-2012.

My fields of interests are nano materials and other high performance advanced materials. I have authored about 112 publications till date. Also, I have authored two books namely, “Recent Advances in Elastomeric Nanocomposites” and “Recent Advancement in Processing of Wood-Plastic Composites (WPC) Foam”. I have supervised 08 nos. Ph.D’s and 13 nos. Ph.D’s are ongoing. I am handling about 07 nos. of sponsored research projects including some International collaborative project and filed 02 patents. |
